Our Vision when we rebranded was about challenging the recruitment industries reputation. So here at CER we do things differently.
In using our experience and skills we build and nurture the relationship we have with both our clients and candidates. Our genuine passion and enthusiasm for what we do, coupled with our ability to respond quickly and adapt to our clients needs makes us professional yet easy to work with. Enabling us to identify the ideal candidate to join your team or the ideal job that will bring you fulfilment in your profession. We have, over time, curated a network of both loyal companies and candidates offering all our clients top quality solutions.

I have found the service to be above and beyond. She is very prompt in her communication and provides a well-rounded brief of potential candidates. Where an opportunity permits to utilise her skills in the future we will definitely keep her top of mind.
We get approached on a semi regular basis by recruitment people/business but I prefer to build partnerships with both clients and suppliers as I feel it is important to build long term relationships with both so we understand each other business.
